Mentally Challenged Man Detained Over Ten Days Without Trial

In a concerning incident, Dawda Njie, a deportee from Germany grappling with mental health challenges, has been held in police custody at the Bundung Borehole Police Station for over ten days without trial. This prolonged detention period far exceeds the legally mandated 72-hour limit before an individual must be brought to trial.
